The same terms apply whichever path you take. These are the ones worth knowing before you sign anything.

We go through the fee with you and answer whatever you want to ask. Your scope and fee are then set out in writing and signed before any work begins.
On the Evidence Package you receive a preview list of every condition identified in your records, not just the ones you came in for.
On Full Advocacy you can cancel within 14 days of signing and no fee is payable. This does not apply to the Evidence Package.
Conditions from your records review stay available for 12 months at $300 plus GST each. Upgrade to Full Advocacy in that time and everything you have paid comes off the cap.
Full Advocacy carries a fixed fee with a safety net sitting under it. You are invoiced for whichever of the two comes out lower.
If COMPASS is not the right fit, you are told at the start, not billed to find out.
